Sample Promise
Every full-bottle order includes a free sample. Try the sample first. If the scent isn't for you, return the unopened full bottle in its original packaging and we'll issue a full refund.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unopened, unused bottle in its original box and packaging. Once we receive it and confirm it's in resellable condition, we process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
What can't be returned
- Opened or used full bottles.
- Samples, decants, or gift cards.
- Items damaged after delivery.
- Final-sale or marked-down items.
How to start a return
- Email hello@livethfragrances.com with your order number.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label.
- Ship the unopened bottle back in its original packaging.
- Refund is issued once we receive and inspect the return.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong fragrance, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We'll replace it or refund it on us.
