Terms & Conditions

Agreement

By browsing livethfragrances.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian place the order for you.

Our fragrances

LIVETH scents are our own compositions, inspired by fragrance families and moods you may recognize from designer houses. We reference designer names only to describe a scent profile. We are an independent brand and are not connected to those houses, and all trademarks belong to their owners.

Orders & pricing

• All prices are in USD and may change without notice.
• We may cancel or limit an order if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or the order looks fraudulent. You'll be refunded in full if we do.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we ship.

Shipping

Orders usually leave within 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and risk of loss passes to you once the carrier takes the package.

Returns

Unopened bottles in their original box can be returned for a full refund. Full details live on our returns page.

Reviews & submissions

When you post a review you confirm it's your honest experience and that you have the right to share the words you use. By posting, you give us permission to display, trim, or remove it. We may remove reviews that are spam, hateful, off-topic, or contain personal information.

Use of the site

Don't scrape, resell, reverse-engineer, or copy our photos, product stories, or site content without permission. All site content is owned by LIVETH.

Fragrance safety

For external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep away from eyes, flames, and children. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, patch test first.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LIVETH isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms; the date above tells you when we last did. Questions? Reach us on the contact page.
